Spend a relaxing afternoon painting and flower arranging at the Marin Art and Garden Center. Make a springtime bouquet from clippings from the gardens and learn some watercoloring basics with artist instructor Suzy Kopf. Best practices of floral arranging for color and composition will be covered as well as techniques to realistically render florals and mix a variety of realistic greens for painting. Every participant takes home their flowers, original paintings and painting supplies to keep experimenting at home! No painting or arranging experience necessary, this is a workshop that welcomes beginners and offers the opportunity to try two new skills at once.
